 Grady Sanders Steps Down as Chairman of First Federal Mortgage After 30 Years of Service

Beverly Hills, CA  - November 17, 2004. First Federal Mortgage & Loan announced today that after serving from 1974 to 2004, Grady Sanders has stepped down as President/CEO of the company.

Sanders will continue to preside over the Board of Directors as Chairman. 

"After 30 years at the helm of the company, it is time for a change.  I'm looking forward to having more time to devote to new projects", said Grady Sanders.

Interim President/CEO is Stephanie Sanders, who has over 10 years experience working with her father (Grady Sanders) in the industry.  A replacement is expected to be announced in the next few weeks.
