Premier Organic Farms, Inc. Taken Private By Mutual Rescission With Premier Organic Farms Group, Inc.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Premier OrganicFarms Group, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: POFG) (formerly U.S. Power Systems, Inc.)announced today that by means of a mutual rescission, Premier Organic Farms,Inc. (Premier) is no longer a subsidiary of POFG and has been taken private byits management.

POFG is in discussions with several acquisition or business combination candidates and will make further announcements as material events dictate. The POFG board and officers revert back to those in place prior to the Premier acquisition date and the 39,000,000 shares issued to Premier shareholders in that acquisition have been cancelled.
