Grady Sanders announces nomination of Brian Gotreaux as Chief Operating Officer of Louisiana Farm

DALLAS, TX ., July 28, 2007 - President/CEO, Grady Sanders, announced today that Brian Gotreaux has been named Chief Operating Officer of the Abbeville, LA aquaculture farm.

"We feel very fortunate to have someone of Brian's caliber to join our operation," said Grady Sanders.

Mr. Gotreaux has over 15 years experience in organic growing, and was one of the first organic farmers in Louisiana to be Certified Organic by the USDA. Gotreaux has experience growing a variety of organic commodities including tilapia, produce and herbs.

He continues to own/operate his own organic farm which includes a USDA certified fillet processing plant. "I have always wanted to utilize my expertise on a larger scale," said Gotreaux. "I'll finally be able to do that. I'm exicted about the challenge and opportunity. Aquaponics is a proven industry now, and I'm glad to be making a contribution to the company growing healthy food using sustainable resources on a large commercial scale. "
