Grady Sanders named President/CEO

DALLAS, TX ., July 18, 2007> The Board of Directors of Premier Organic Farms Corporation have named Grady Sanders President/CEO of the Company effective immediately.

Director and CFO, Susan Bedwell, stated: "We needed a change in leadership to help the company achieve our goals to become a leader in the organic industry. We are delighted that Grady Sanders has accepted the position to lead and guide the company." Former President/CEO, Leonard Handford, was relieved of his duties by a unanimous vote of the Board on July 8, 2007.

Board Member, Patricia Arnold expressed her support to the Board by saying, " I have known Grady Sanders for more than 30 years. He has successfully developed and led more companies than I can count. He is a visionary, and has the ability to develop opportunities into major winners. Premier is very fortunate that he has agreed to take the helm and lead the company's development and expansion over the next few years. I feel confident that we will reach our goals with Grady's leadership of the company."
