Dallas, TX - March 28, 2008 - Premier Organic Farms’ Advisory Board of Scientific Experts and invited guests joined Grady Sanders and the rest of the Company’s Executive Team, at corporate headquarters in Carrollton, TX on March 20-23, 2008 for a 3 day conference to review and perfect the company’s unique Production Unit design.

Other topics of discussion covered issues like: how the company can best expand operations across the U.S. using the Production Unit model as the operational template.

The Advisory Board consists of World reknowned scientific experts in the specialty fields of controlled environment aquaculture, aquaponics, and hydroponics who have consulted in projects around the world.

In attendance were Dr. Kevin Fitzsimmons, University of Arizona Dept of Aquaculture, Dr. James Rakocy, University of the Virgin Islands, Director Dept of Agriculture and Aquaponics.

Other attendees were Dr. Gene Giacomelli University of Arizona Director of the Controlled Environment Agriculture Center and Research Project Coordinator, Jason Licamele (graduate student performing Premier Organic research grant project at UofA); Jason Avent, consultant; agronomy expert; Brian Gotreaux, COO Premier Organic Farms – Louisiana; William Long, VP Premier Organic, Susan Bedwell, CFO Premier Organic, and Grady Sanders, President/CEO.

The Company grows natural tilapia and organic produce using ecologically sustainable practices combined with the latest technology and science to produce safe, healthy organic products. President/CEO Grady Sanders explains that, “Premier’s goal is to utilize the best of science and research with the best of nature to grow safe, healthy food products the consumer can count on. Premier is the future of agriculture.”
