Operations

Eco-Friendly Growing Cycle

Tilapia Division

After a six month growing period, the Tilapia will reach market weight of approximately 1.3 - 1.5 lbs.  Tanks are harvested when the fish reach correct market weight, and re-stocked with new fingerlings to begin the cycle all over again.  We harvest, live fish into tanker trucks and are then transported FOB to market.

Produce Division

The Company uses technology and nature to create an optimum fully controlled growing environment for Boston/Butter lettuce, peppers, herbs, and other specialty crops. Our growing experts can manage growing conditions via remote sensors and monitoring devices. The produce crops act as a natural filter which absorbs nitrogen from the filtered water from the tilapia tanks, creating a natural eco-cycle and utilitzing all of our sustainable resources.
