Premier Organic Farms Will Be The Largest Organic Tilapia Producer In The U.S. By The Year 2009, Producing A Half-Million Pounds Of Organic Tilapia Per Week, And Half-Million Heads Of Organic Butter/Boston Lettuce Per Week.

Management 

Susan BedwellSusan E. Bedwell – President/CEO - Ms. Bedwell is the co-founder of Premier Organic Farms.  She is a fourth generation U.S. agriculturalist, and has over twenty years experience in business management in multiple agricultural sectors including vegetable production in southern California as a grower/packer/shipper, and natural (organic) pork production serving as Chief Financial Officer for Reynolds Farms and Pederson Natural Pork respectively.  She also served as Exec. Vice President of The Dwyer Group National Accounts, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dwyer Group, Inc. (formerly traded on NASDAQ – DWYR).  Her experience includes the specialty of risk management as a Futures and Options Commodities Broker.  Ms. Bedwell is committed to the implementation of 21st century agriculture and its important role in sustainable food production using renewable technologies with a carbon neutral footprint.

Bill LongWilliam F. Long – Executive Vice President/ Chief Building & Development Officer - has over 30 years experience in business management, including 20 years in media broadcast production. During the past ten years, he owned and operated Bill Long Custom Homes specializing in high-end custom homes and commercial buildings, and was voted top ten builders in Dallas 2005/2006 by DHome Magazine. His expertise in construction and business management will be utilized in farm construction, construction budget analysis, and farm site development. 

Chris Garcia - Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Garcia is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in business performance improvement and profitability in both public and private sectors. Chris is a principal of Avidiant Consulting Group, LLC. Previously, he was a Senior Manager for the Certified Public Accounting Firm of Montgomery Cosica Greilich, LLP. He also served as a manager for the CPA firm of Grant Thornton, LLP for both private and public audits. Mr. Garcia earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in finance and accounting at Texas Tech University. In addition Mr. Garcia earned his Master's of Science (M.S.) in Accountancy and Information Management and Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Alan Schram - Chief Investment Officer - Mr. Schram has been managing investment portfolios for private and institutional investors since 1997. He founded Wellcap Partners in 2000 and serves as managing partner and portfolio manager, responsible for all investment decisions. Between 1997 to 2000, Mr. Schram served as an analyst and portfolio manager at interGroup Corporation, a Los Angeles based long/short US equity manager. There he directed a group of investment professionals managing an equity portfolio across a variety of industries. In 1996 he co-founded Sitestar Corporation, a technology investment company that acquired several Internet service providers in secondary US markets and became a publicly traded company in 1999. Mr. Schram served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force and received an honorable discharge as a veteran of the Gulf War, at the rank of Captain. Graduated from UCLA's Anderson School of Management, Executive Management Program.

Russ Pfeiffer - Certified Financial Valuation Analyst - Mr. Pfeiffer is a former investment banker and has structured numerous private placements with hedge funds with a concentration on NASDAQ national market and small cap, as well as OTC and OTCBB listed entities. He has also consulted for several years to CGI, a 4 billion dollar a year multinational IT consulting company with valuations of mergers and acquisitions. He also brings significant experience with the application of Six Sigma and LEAN by re-engineering processes and procedures to reduce cycle time and waste in operations.
