Grady Sanders, founder and principal, has a proven track record of successful business development in the U.S., Indonesia, and the
Caribbean. Grady Sanders has served as President/CEO fo more than a dozen companies.For
over 30 years, Grady Sanders served as President of First Federal Mortgage & Loan, before stepping down in 2007 to devote his time to Premier Organic.
Grady has also owned numerous radio and television broadcasting companies. Mr.
Sanders serves as CEO of Toby Arnold Sound Studios and holds the position of Director of Prisons for Correctional Institutions of America, Board Chairman of First American Holding Corp, and First Federal Mortgage & Loan. In 2004,
Grady Sanders was named "Business Man of the Year from California", by the NRCC Business Advisory Council.
Over the last three decades, Mr. Sanders has been appointed and served on numerous committees in Washington, D.C. dealing with
issues such as Social Security, Mortgage Finance, Energy Cost Crisis, and immigration.
Grady Sanders has been a civilian consultant to four U.S. Presidents
and has taken an active role in the development and success of numerous start-up companies.

Susan E. Bedwell, founder and principal, has over twenty years experience in business management in multiple agricultural sectors including lettuce production and natural (organic) pork production serving as Chief Financial Officer for Reynolds Farms and Pederson Natural Pork.
Susan also served as Executive Vice President of The Dwyer Group National Accounts, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dwyer Group, Inc. (formerly traded on NASDAQ – DWYR).
Most recently, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for United Service Systems of America.

Bill Long has over 30 years experience in business management, including 20 years in media broadcast production.
During the past ten years, he owned and operated Bill Long Custom Homes specializing in high-end custom homes and commercial buildings, and was voted top ten builders in Dallas 2005/2006 by DHome Magazine.
Bill’s expertise in construction and business management will be utilized in farm construction and operations. After construction is completed, he will operate the Sherman, Texas facility and use his media broadcasting background to assist the company in marketing and name branding its products.

Gotreaux

Chief Operating Officer, Louisiana

Brian Gotreaux is one of the first organic farmers to earn organic certification from the U.S.D.A. in Louisiana. Here, he operates a well known aquaponics farm that includes a U.S.D.A. certified fish processing plant.
Mr. Gotreaux joined Premier Organic Farms Corporation in July 2007, with a desire to utilize his organic know-how on a large commercial scale. He oversees all daily Louisiana operations of the fishery and will oversee construction of produce greenhouses as well as growing, production, and harvest.
As part of his role, he will interface with university research teams to refine the Company’s food production, testing, and research technology program. He will also supervise the construction of expansion facilities. Brian currently serves as the Farm Manager of the Abbeville, LA farm in conjunction with his other duties.
