Premier Organic Farms Premier is a 21st century farming enterprise that combines organic growing practices in controlled ecological environments as the basis for its state of the art Aquaponics farming operation. The company has developed specialized ecological organic growing techniques for production of fresh Tilapia fish and Organic hydroponic Butter/Boston lettuce, herbs, peppers and vegetables as its core products. Our facilities are 100% covered, enclosed and temperature controlled to provide optimum growing conditions for both the fish and the lettuce, and provides additional safeguards for producing contaminate free food products. Premier’s operation is characterized by its ability to offer organically superior products on U.S. soil that exceed foreign competition in quality, freshness, and availability. Premier’s advanced organic growing technology will enable the company to compete effectively with foreign markets by producing certifiable premium products and higher yields per cubic foot. The second phase of the program is to build hydroponic greenhouses to grow organic Butter/Boston lettuce, vegetables and herbs, using an ecologically efficient growing environment through re-cycling of the water. Premier has utilized the research studies of the notable Dr. Kevin Fitzsimmons, University of Arizona for the development of its aquaculture programs. Dr. Fitzsimmons credentials are renowned worldwide in the tilapia and aquaculture industry, and has served as president of the World Tilapia Association. Graduate students of various universities who have degrees in Aquaculture will be recruited for full-time employment by Premier. Premier has commitments for joint-venture programs to raise tilapia and grow lettuce. They will build the tilapia tanks and greenhouses for teaching and research purposes, and Premier will manage the operations, production and harvest as an ongoing operation.
